Short walkthroughs for the first tasks in your institution's portal.
1. Sign in
- Open the address provided by your institution.
- Enter your account details. Institution administrators using the main portal also enter their School Code.
- Complete email verification if your account requires it.
- Wait for your dashboard to open.
2. Find a tool
- Open the dashboard navigation.
- Choose the area related to your task.
- If you cannot see the expected option, ask your institution administrator to check your assigned access.
3. Ask for help
- Note the page name and what you were trying to do.
- Describe what happened, including any visible error message.
- Contact your institution administrator without sharing your password or email code.
