Where should I sign in?
Institution administrators use the main sign-in page with their School Code. Students, teachers, guardians and staff use their institution's portal.
Why do accounts show different tools?
Available tools depend on your assigned role and your institution's configuration.
How do I request pricing?
Send an institution enquiry with a brief outline of your needs. Pricing is provided through an institution-specific proposal.
What if I cannot sign in?
Check your portal address and contact your institution administrator. If email verification is requested, use the latest code sent to your registered address.
Can I submit student records in an enquiry?
Use the enquiry form for a short institution-level question. Account credentials and student records belong in your institution's approved support process.
